Labfors 5

Labfors 5는 미생물, 광영양 유기체는 물론 고체 기질 및 효소 생물공정에도 적합합니다. 용도에는 거의 제한이 없습니다.

장치완비

통합 아날로그 공급 펌프는 생물반응기를 유가식 배양에 즉시 사용할 수 있게 해주는 기본 기능입니다. 이 장치에는 산, 염기 및 소포제용 디지털 펌프 3개가 포함되어 있으며, 최대 4가지 가스(공기, N2, O2, CO2)를 거의 모든 조합으로 사용할 수 있습니다.

사용자는 정확한 공급을 위해 질량 유량 조절기 또는 로터미터를 선택할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 추가 센서와 액추에이터를 연결할 수 있습니다.

실험실 작업을 보다 효율적으로 구성하고 싶으십니까? 그러면 다음 터치스크린 컨트롤을 최대 6개의 Labfors 5 생물반응기에 연결하세요. 예를 들어 버튼을 눌러 모든 pH 또는 pO2 센서를 교정하여 동시에 작동하고 시간을 절약할 수 있습니다.

eve® 바이오프로세스 플랫폼 소프트웨어

eve®는 바이오프로세스를 계획, 제어 및 분석하는 것 이상의 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다. eve® 소프트웨어는 워크플로우, 장치, 바이오프로세스 정보 및 빅데이터를 웹 기반 플랫폼에 통합하여 웹 기반 시스템에서 바이오프로세스를 구성할 수 있습니다.

Culture vessels
  • Working volumes ranging between 0.5 and 10 L
  • Can be configured according to individual needs thanks to a selection of different stirrers, spargers and specialized accessories
  • Up to 14 ports for sensors (antifoam, optical density, pH, pO2, redox, conductivity, live cell density, etc.)
  • No welded lid components—ideal for GMP applications
High-performance pumps
  • Basic setup includes four precision pumps per culture vessel (option of one more)
  • Autoclavable pump heads
  • Gravimetric feeding (with external scale)
  • Profile-based pump-speed control with eve®
Gassing
  • Customer-specific gassing with up to 5 gas lines
  • Feed via rotameter or mass-flow regulator
  • Cascades may be configured in serial or in parallel for controlling the pO2 via the stirrer speed, gassing rate, gas composition, etc.
Sensors
  • Customers may choose from digital (Modbus) or analog sensors.
  • Product calibration of the pH sensor for reliable measurements during long-running bioprocesses
  • If required, additional sensors and actuators can be connected.
12" Touchscreen Controller
  • Touchscreen with integrated OPC server
  • Reliable measurement and setting of the bioprocess parameters and communication with eve®
  • Parallel management and control of up to six devices
  • Up to 24 selectable parameters, such as temperature, stirring speed, pH, pO2, anti-foaming agent, feed
eve® Bioprocess Platform Software
  • Planning, controlling and analysing bioprocesses
